Referral Program – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in the Eonrender Referral Program (the "Program"). By submitting a referral or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Eonrender

Eonrender is a professional visualization studio providing 3D renderings, visualizations, animations, and related creative services to architecture, design, and real estate-focused teams. Services are offered on a per-project basis and through on-demand monthly plans.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals and businesses who wish to refer potential clients to Eonrender.

• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously contacted, engaged with, or been in active discussions with Eonrender.

• Eonrender reserves the right to determine eligibility of any referral at its sole discretion.

3. How Referrals Work

• A referral occurs when a participant introduces a potential client to Eonrender.

• Referrals are considered valid only when the referred client signs up directly through the Eonrender website and becomes a paying client.

• All sales discussions, onboarding, contracts, and billing are handled directly by Eonrender.

4. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 10% of gross payments actually received from the referred client.

• Maximum Payout: $1,500 USD total per referred client.

• Payment Timing: Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, after client payments have successfully cleared.

• Commissions apply to both per-project services and on-demand monthly plans, subject to the maximum payout.

5. Commission Conditions

• Commissions are paid only on revenue actually collected by Eonrender.

• If a client cancels, pauses, receives a refund, or defaults on payment, commission payments related to those amounts will stop.

• Commission payments cease immediately if the referred client is no longer an active, paying customer.

• No commissions are paid retroactively.

6. Attribution Rules

• Only one referrer may be credited per referred client.

• Attribution is based on the first verified referral received by Eonrender.

• Any disputes regarding attribution will be resolved at Eonrender’s sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Participants may not:

• Misrepresent Eonrender’s services, pricing, or capabilities

• Engage in spam, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices

• Impersonate Eonrender or act as an employee or agent of Eonrender

• Use paid advertising, coupon sites, or automated outreach to promote referrals without written permission

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. Referrers act independently and have no authority to bind Eonrender to any agreement.

9. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to commission payments received under the Program.

10. Program Changes and Termination

• Eonrender reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.

• Any earned and unpaid commissions for valid referrals prior to termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Eonrender shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to the participant.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Eonrender’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Eonrender Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
